March 2023 Semi Market Update

This is a semi-market update. I am seeing stats that don’t quite behave with each other. Look for an updated update later in the month, but this will get you caught up for the most part.

Semi Real Estate Market Update In Lewis County

Summary

Given all the inventory stats, I would expect the average price to go up. Sales are up, pending sales are up, inventory is down, days on market is down, yet prices went down. This is completely opposite of what I would expect. However, I have seen changes to these reports from the beginning of the month to the middle of the month, especially on price. With that in mind, I wanted to show you the numbers with a caveat that I will be updating you again later in the month.
