Tips for Selling Your Home
There are many different costs when selling your home and are specific to the sold price. Some of those costs are escrow fees, taxes, title insurance, realtor fees, repairs, etc. All of our FREE Home Valuations will include a full breakdown of expected and negotiated costs.
In general, a listing agent will handle all the paperwork, negotiations, arrange service providers, marketing, plus about 80 other items to complete a transaction. The best way to think about it is if you’re being sued, do you want to handle everything on your own or do you want a lawyer? Realtors are not lawyers but you are in a field of legal documents and legal ramifications.

Really, you need to identify what is important to you and develop questions based around those needs. However, you should NEVER select an agent based solely on them quoting you the highest list price. Likewise, you should NEVER select an agent based solely on them quoting you the lowest commission. Above all else, you want an agent who’s honest and capable of selling, not just listing, your home.
