MEDIAN AND AVERAGE SALES PRICE DROP FIRST TIME SINCE JULY 2017
Is this this end of the continually high prices? Is the market finally trending away from a seller’s market? We’ll see! This is such big news that I will keep the post short. However, this could just be a small correction like we had last year around this time in August as well, but then the prices shot way up again in January. Something to keep an eye on if you’re considering selling!
